Set Menu

This set menu is prepared for weddings, engagements and special events minimum 60 and maximum 80 people.

Price: quoted only on request.

Choices: 3 entrees , 4 mains and 2 sweets from the following menu

Room hire: No room hire charge

Holding deposit(non refundable) of $500.00. Cancellation notice is required by fax or email minimum 3 weeks prior to the event

Booking time, Customers are reminded to arrive at the booking time only and not earlier.

Starting and finishing time. 6.00 pm start and stop serving alcohol at 11.00 pm and the guests to leave by 12.00 midnight

Drinks: off the wine list or you can have a drink package for $30.00 per person for the first 2.5 hours on arrival.
This will cover, soft drinks, pale ale or west end crown lager, cascade light beer, sparkling wine, red wine (shiraz or merlot) and white wine (chardonnay, Riesling or sweet wine) in 750 ml bottles.

Table configuration: Tables will have white or colour of your choice table clothes and serviettes. We can arrange tables according to your specific requirements.

Payment. Strictly no split accounts and the payment is required on the night by way of visa or master card payment or cash. Cheques are not acceptable.

Entrees

Tempura scallops and prawns mix
Lightly battered, served atop vinaigrette dressed fresh salad.

Salt and pepper squid
Deep fried tender calamari served with lime coriander dressed garden salad.

Warm chicken salad
Marinated and char grilled chicken breast, served atop salad mix with asian dressing and garlic bread croutons.

Mains

Sirloin steak(cooked medium only)
Grain fed fillet char grilled to medium and served with potatoes, salad and garlic creamed prawns.

Char grilled lamb (cooked medium only)
Marinated lamb fillet, char grilled and served with Mediterranean roasted vegetables, tszasiki and pilaf rice.

Warm chicken salad
Marinated and char grilled chicken breast, served atop salad mix with asian dressing and garlic bread croutons.

Atlantic salmon
Pan seared atlantic salmon fillet with sweet potato, aioli, bruschetta mix and salad.

King George whiting
Freshly crumbed and cooked to perfection with fries, salad, lemon and tartare sauce.

Calamari and prawns,freshly crumbed tender calamari pieces and prawns with fries, salad, lemon and tartare sauce

Vegetarian option is available.

Desserts
Pecan pie, sticky date, chocolate cake served with ice-cream and fruit compote.
